Requirements:
Filipino that can speak, read and write the Filipino Language.
Open for Thai nationals that are currently residing outside the Philippines.
Open for undergraduate and high school graduates.
With at least a year of work experience in Team Lead is highly preferred but not required
Experience in customer service is a plus
Willing to work within Metro Manila and shifting schedule
Responsibilities
Manage the service desk team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Review performance dashboards, monitor scores, and provide support to agents based on performance parameters.
Support agents in resolving basic IT issues and escalate complex problems.
Ensure the team provides excellent customer service.
Oversee and support the team through various processes.
