The Role, Responsibilities, and Landscape:
As a core member of the platform engineering group, you will act as a pivotal technical bridge between infrastructure, data, and application layers.
- Develop, test, and evaluate platform solutions to support a cutting-edge next-generation AI Platform and Data Lakehouse.
- Assist in and automate the day-to-day operations of these platforms to ensure high reliability.
- Contribute heavily to platform development, including logging, monitoring, and deploying proprietary, open-source, or in-house applications.
- Develop services and seamlessly integrate them using internal and external APIs / MCPs.
- Collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to drive the development and deployment of robust AI applications and data pipelines.
- Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) testing and proactively identify new technologies to improve scalability and maintainability.
What We Are Looking For:
- A University degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in platform development.
- Mandatory Scripting & Infrastructure: Mastery of Python, Bash, SQL alongside Docker, Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes.
- Mandatory CI/CD & Methodologies: Deep expertise with Jenkins, Git, Ansible and strict knowledge of DataOps/MLOps principles.
- Enterprise Scale: Proven experience delivering AI or data platforms within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Highly Advantageous: Relevant certifications in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, AliCloud) , and familiarity with modern tech stacks, including Monitoring (Grafana, Loki), Vector DBs (Milvus, Qdrant), AI Orchestration (Langchain), or Lakehouse tools (Airflow, Spark). Excellent communication skills and data-driven thinking.
