About the Client: Our client is a highly prestigious, apex-level financial institution fundamentally responsible for the stability and integrity of the local financial systems. They are currently embarking on a highly ambitious, multi-year digitalisation programme to simplify and transform their entire IT and business landscape. You will be joining their rapidly expanding, well-funded AI & Innovation team during an incredibly exciting period of technological evolution. The Role, Responsibilities, and Landscape:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance full-stack web applications spanning front-end, back-end, and database layers.
- Develop robust web platforms designed specifically to support and execute future Agentic AI use cases.
- Implement Generative AI and machine learning models directly into web applications to vastly enhance user experience and capabilities.
- Design and operate comprehensive CI/CD pipelines (using GitLab CI, Jenkins) encompassing automated testing, security scanning, and multi-environment deployments.
- Collaborate intimately with cross-functional teams, including specialized data scientists and AI engineers, to design and ship new ML-integrated features.
- Identify system bottlenecks, resolve critical bugs, and maintain clear architectural documentation for the development process.
- Analyze complex development requirements during project planning to provide accurate time estimations.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
- 4+ years of proven full-stack web development experience utilizing modern front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python) technologies.
- Demonstrable experience integrating AI/Generative AI technologies into live web applications.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern AI frameworks and orchestration libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.
- Practical experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and a solid grasp of DevOps practices.
- Working knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
- Highly Preferred: Experience with Vector DBs (Weaviate, Milvus, ElasticSearch, Qdrant), DevSecOps suites (JIRA, Sonar, Nexus, Harbor), and Monitoring tools (Grafana, Loki, Prometheus).
- Excellent communication skills, data-driven thinking, and ideally a solid grounding in financial services.
