JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Open to Filipino who speak Spanish conversational to fluent
️ No work experience required, Open to candidates without work experience
️ Open to Permanent visa holders who are Spanish National or Foreigners
️ No Customer service experience required but having CSR experience is big advantage
️ Open to undergraduate as long as 2 years have been completed (at least 2nd year)
️ Open to associate degrees (2-year graduate)
️ No Spanish work experience required as long as can converse in Spanish Language
️ Willing to work in a helpdesk job to answer general inquiries about the famous bank
️ Open to new starters or career shifters as long as she can communicate with customers who speak Spanish in the US.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Answer calls, emails, and chats from Spanish residents in the US.
️ Provide information on bank branches, operating hours, services, and fund transfers.
️ Guide customers through opening accounts, requesting cards, and resolving basic banking concerns.
️ Assist with account balance inquiries, double charges, and bank certificates.
️ Forward complex issues, like fraud or specialized requests, to the right department.
