Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $15 -$15 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Maintenance Helper:
Assist with routine maintenance and repair tasks
Help troubleshoot equipment or facility issues
Lawn Care on facilities property
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean, safe condition
Support preventative maintenance programs
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Move materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Follow all workplace safety procedures and OSHA guidelines

Job requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
High school diploma or GED preferred
Basic knowledge of maintenance or construction work (entry-level friendly)
Ability to use hand and power tools, lawn mowers
Good physical stamina (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Reliable transportation
Background check and Drug test required
