Currently handling the finest airlines around the world ensuring passengers can book flights easily and conveniently. This firm handles social media reservations made by customers by booking their flight date and confirmation via social media.

Requirements of the job:
️Filipino who can speak conversational to advanced in Thai language
️Thai national with permanent visa
️With Airline experience is an advantage
️With 1 year experience in BPO
️Can speak English as well
️Willing to undergo training about travel terms
️High school or college graduates
️Willing to do customer service to airline customers
Duties and Responsibilities:
️Help customers in their concerns via call, chat or email
️Check the social media inquiries about flight, bookings and luggage concerns
️Answer inquiries of airline customers about flight reschedule and re-bookings
️Assist customer in re-booking the flight to another date
️Provide frequent flyers their mile points or rewards to redeem
️Convert miles to free flight and other benefits inside the aircraft
️Answer passengers about their cancellation inquiries, Rates, Reschedule and more
