JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino proficient in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
JLPT N1, N2, N3 Passer/Level
Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Any Course (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint; Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Experience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantage but not required
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Produces, re-creates, edits, and layouts business presentations and documents using MS Office applications.
Translates content from Kanji to English and vice versa.
Performs page-by-page quality check (red check) to ensure document or presentation is error-free
Documents job progress to ensure that hand-over jobs are completed accurately
Communicate with clients if there are clarifications about their request
