JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Preferably Filipino national fluent in Spanish and English
️ Bachelor’s degree in any field.
️ At least 3 years of experience in a call center or BPO, preferably handling digital or tech tasks.
️ Experience managing multiple client accounts and achieving goals in a fast-paced environment.
️ Skilled in digital communication tools and CRM software.
️ Candidates must be based in Metro Manila.
️ Willing to work onsite.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Build and maintain Spanish client relationships via digital channels.
️ Review Spanish client data to spot opportunities for sales support.
️ Work with teams to meet Spanish client needs efficiently.
️ Track trends and suggest solutions to improve Spanish client outcomes.
️ Prepare regular updates and reports for Spanish accounts.
️ Handle Spanish client inquiries and issues professionally.
