Requirements:
Thai National who is currently residing in the Philippines.
Open for Filipino National that can speak, write the Thai Language
With work experience in Purchase Order is an advantage
Open for graduates and undergraduates
Computer literate
Willing to work Quezon City and on a shifting schedule
Responsibilities:
Translating documents like agreement and contract in English to Thai Language or vice versa.
Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth services and improved processes.
Preparing purchase orders with accurate details to ensure clear purchase orders.
Keeping purchase records up to date, processing invoices for payment, and preparing cost reports.
Managing purchase records, invoice processing, and cost analysis.
Building strong supplier relationships.
