JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⦿ Filipino national fluent in French
⦿ Bachelor's degree in any field
⦿ With experience in QA, customer service, operations, or cross-functional teams (private/public/government/military).
⦿ Knowledge and experience in SAP, Salesforce, CIR, Power BI, Excel.
⦿ Analysis skills for optimization, cost reduction, quality gains.
⦿ Willing to work in a graveyard schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
⦿ Handle quality complaints end-to-end with timely, accurate responses per business rules.
⦿ Use project management, process improvement, customer service, and communication skills to resolve issues.
⦿ Analyze quality metrics to boost satisfaction, growth, and fix product complaints.
⦿ Lead projects, train team members, align with business strategies.
⦿ Interpret trends and data from company reports.
⦿ Collaborate on global SIBG complaint process standards.
⦿ Design and implement workflow, process, and tool enhancements.
