JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⦿Open to Filipino National who can speak French and English
⦿Open to foreign nationals with permanent or temporary residence in the Philippines
⦿Has at least one year experience related to IT services
⦿Open to Undergraduate and Graduate
⦿Has a strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦿Respond quickly to customers via phone, email, remote access, or onsite support.
⦿Responsible to provide answers to all questions of the customers.
⦿Perform basic troubleshooting PC and network environments.
⦿Conduct research and make use of information resources and knowledge bases at hand and coordinate to internal IT colleagues to provide resolution to inquiries and concerns.
⦿Maintain and update daily monitoring of deliverables of service.
