⦿ Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in German Language
⦿ Any foreign national currently located in the Philippines
⦿ Open to Graduates and Undergraduates
⦿ With Customer Service experience is an advantage
⦿ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦿ Provide support to German speaking customers primarily via calls, with email and chat as needed.
⦿ Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining knowledge of banking and financial products and services.
⦿ Assist German speaking customers regarding banking and financial products.
⦿ Follow program specific processes, regulations and procedures.
⦿ Perform assigned tasks if needed.
