Position: Portuguese Help Desk Associate

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino candidates proficient in Portuguese and English are welcome.
Foreign nationals with a 13A, permanent, or temporary resident visa may apply.
Minimum of one year experience in customer service or call center environment.
Willing to work onsite with a rotational schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist external users with questions or concerns about the client’s technical products or services.
Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, networking, or other designated products.
Follow proper escalation procedures and make follow-up calls as needed to resolve issues.
Document issues accurately and prepare detailed reports.
Perform other related tasks as required.
