Requirements of the job:
Korean national can speak English fluently
Filipino can speak, read and write Korean language
Bachelor degree of any courses
Open with or without BPO experience
Willing to work in Taguig
Responsibilities of the job:
Manage contract projects using company templates and ensure they follow procurement rules.
Review and edit contract documents, suggest alternative terms, and negotiate with suppliers when needed.
Provide translation support to the contract from Korean to English or vice versa.
Advise stakeholders on contract terms, compliance risks, and governance guidelines.
Track and report contract status, including risks, changes, and compliance with company procedures.
Coordinate with Legal and Contracting teams for escalations and policy alignment.
Prepare clear updates and reports for stakeholders, suppliers, and internal teams.
Manage multiple complex contracts in a fast-paced work environment.
