JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree Holder (Any course)
5 years of work experience in business development, sales, or similar fields
At least 3 years in a leadership or management position.
Skilled in negotiating contracts, setting pricing, and working with key clients.
Working background in logistics or freight forwarding.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set and work toward sales and revenue goals that match the company’s plans.
Find new business opportunities and estimate how much they can bring in.
Prepare proposals, price quotes, and contracts for potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and future clients.
Lead and manage business development team members.
Work with company leaders to identify opportunities that fit the company’s vision.
Plan and manage the department’s budget, including funding for new projects.
Track results of business growth efforts and see what works best.
Review or guide proposals created by team members.
Present ideas and pitches to attract new clients.
Handle client and partner relationships, including resolving major issues.
