Requirements of the job:
️ Korean National that is residing here in the Philippines.
️ Fluent in Korean and English (spoken, written, reading)
️ Open for graduates and undergraduates.
️ Experience from the marine industry, preferably ships agency operations.
️ Ability to work independently and systematically.
️ Computer literate
️ Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities of the job:
️ Respond to inquiries about shipments, schedules, cargo status, or onboard services.
️ Update systems with shipment details, passenger data, or support logs.
️ Supervising the efficient loading and unloading of cargo.
️ Ensuring proper handling, and conducting or arranging cargo surveys/inspections when necessary.
️ Handling financial processes for port charges, fees, and payments, while keeping all relevant parties updated with timely progress reports.
️ Serving as the on-site expert to foresee and address incidents
