JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
With 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing or similar HR job
Must be residing in Olongapo, Bataan, or Zambales.
With experience in Payroll software and/or timekeeping systems is an advantage.
Can work as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage payroll processing, covering salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Update and maintain employee information in the payroll system, including personal details, compensation changes, and leave.
Audit timecards and attendance records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Address and resolve employee inquiries regarding pay discrepancies, deductions, and benefits.
Uphold high standards of confidentiality and adhere to legal requirements for data privacy.
