Position: Spanish Accounting Specialist (Fixed Asset)

Salary Range: ₱50,000 – ₱60,000
Work Schedule: Mid Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Maintain fixed asset modules and ensure accuracy of entries
️ Process fixed asset transactions (additions, capitalizations, retirements, changes)
️ Perform regular analyses of FA account variances and reconciliations
️ Ensure all transactions are completed before month-end closing
️ Support preparation of monthly FA closing and periodic reports
️ Assist senior colleagues and perform additional tasks as requested
️ Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits
️ Perform controls according to the ICOFR framework
️ Assist with KPI preparation and ad hoc reporting
QUALIFICATIONS:
️ Filipino national can speak, read and write Basic Spanish language
️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
️ At least 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably with fixed assets
️ Strong knowledge of accounting rules and standards
️ Experience with financial systems (Oracle E-Business Suite preferred)
️ Knowledgeable in using Excel
