JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino National who can speak and write Spanish and English.
️ Open to Senior High School graduates, undergraduates, and college graduates.
️ With 6 months of experience as a Spanish Customer Service Representative.
️ Customer Service and Technical Support experience is an advantage.
️ Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Handled and resolved end-user support requests in English and Spanish via phone and email.
️ Accurately documented all support interactions and activities.
️ Recommended process improvements to enhance customer experience.
️ Collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
