Position: Italian Accounting Specialist

Salary Range: Php 70,000
Work Schedule: Mid shift (3PM to 12MN)
Work set-up: Hybrid (3-5 days onsite per month)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino national can speak, read and write Italian and English languages.
️ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
️ At least 1 year of experience in accounting, preferably with fixed assets.
️ Strong knowledge of accounting rules and standards.
️ Experience with financial systems (Oracle E-Business Suite preferred).
️ Knowledgeable in using Excel.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Maintain fixed asset records and ensure data accuracy.
️ Process fixed asset transactions (additions, capitalizations, retirements, changes).
️ Perform reconciliations and variance analysis of FA accounts.
️ Ensure completion of all transactions before month-end closing.
️ Support monthly FA closing and reporting.
️ Assist in audits and provide documentation support.
️ Follow ICOFR controls and compliance standards.
️ Assist in KPI and ad hoc reporting.
️ Communicate and coordinate in Italian and English languages.
