JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⦿ Any foreign national proficient in Estonian Language
⦿ With Bachelors, Associate, Vocational Degree or any short courses are welcome to apply
⦿ Experience in Computer Applications is a plus but not required
⦿ Technical or IT Support experience is an advantage (Training is provided)
⦿ Willing to relocate in the Philippines
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦿ Handle and Manage inquiries of Estonian Speaking customers/clients over phone or emails.
⦿ Conduct initial troubleshooting to identify the issue and ensure resolution.
⦿ Troubleshoot various systems, servers or workstations.
⦿ Supports Service Request Management and Service Restoration Management.
⦿ Perform other related tasks.
