JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⦿ Filipino Nationals who can speak Conversational in French
⦿ Atleast 1 year experience in Customer Service
⦿ Having travel or visa processing experience is an added strong point
⦿ Willing to start as soon as possible
⦿ Willing to be part of a New Account in the Philippines
⦿ Graduates or Undergraduates are welcome to apply
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦿ Guide French customers on the documents needed for visa processing
⦿ Provide step by step guide on how to process visa
⦿ Assist customers on how to send their visa requirements online
⦿ Coordinate with embassy/consulate and logistics teams
⦿ Review visa applications for accuracy and completeness
⦿ Track application status and manage records
