JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⦿ Filipino National who can speak, read, and write in German Language
⦿ Any foreign national with permanent or temporary residence in the Philippines
⦿ Open to graduates or undergraduates of Bachelors, Vocational, or Associate degree
⦿ With knowledge of computer applications is an advantage
⦿ Experience in handling Technical or IT related support is preferred but not required
⦿ Customer Service experience in BPO or call center is a plus
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦿ Attend inquiries of German speaking customers regarding hardware of software problems of computer.
⦿ Installing and maintaining computer systems and network applications.
⦿ Respond to the concerns of German speaking clients via phone or email.
⦿ Resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
⦿ Manage, prioritize, and documents incoming question and service desk tickets.
⦿ Resolve IT concerns and escalate serios issues to relevant department.
