JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⦿ Filipino Nationals who can speak, read, and write in French
⦿ Open to foreign nationals with permanent or temporary residence in the Philippines
⦿ Open to undergraduates or graduates of any field
⦿ With BPO experience is a big advantage
⦿ Willing to relocate and work in Cebu City
⦿ Can Start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦿ Assisting customers’ inquiries using French and English Language through email, and chat
⦿ Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or social media in French
⦿ Handle questions about products, orders, payments, and returns
⦿ Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining brand tone
⦿ Stay updated on French e-commerce and live shopping trends
