JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✅Filipino can speak, read, and write Spanish language
✅High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred)
✅Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support role preferred
✅Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
✅Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
✅Resolve product, service, billing, or account-related issues while ensuring customer satisfaction
✅Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience
✅Assist with translations or localization support when required
✅Document customer interactions accurately in CRM or support systems
✅Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary
