Job Requirements
✅Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in German Language
✅Minimum qualification: Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate, Undergraduate studies, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
✅Familiarity with computer applications
✅Proficient in computers and internet—able to navigate Windows and the web effortlessly
✅Prior IT or technical support experience is a plus (but not requried)
✅BPO background is advantageous
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✅Handle customer inquiries about computer hardware or software issues
✅Install and maintain computer systems and network applications
✅Address client concerns through phone or email
✅Resolve technical problems swiftly and effectively
✅Manage, prioritize, and document incoming queries and IT support desk tickets
✅Prioritize IT issues, resolve them, and escalate critical ones to the appropriate department
