JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✔️ Filipino national who can speak, read, and write in German Language
✔️ Open to Graduates and Undergraduates of any field
✔️With Customer Service experience is an advantage
✔️Willing to work onsite in Pasig City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✔️Manage inbound/outbound interactions via phone, email, chat, letters, fax, mail, sample fulfillment, data entry, surveys, order validation, and social media
✔️Listen to customer queries and concerns, then deliver appropriate responses
✔️Handle report updates/sending, translation duties, client communications, support for final testing of surveys and processes, and basic data analysis
✔️Facilitate, analyze, and resolve customer issues; offer product support, investigate questions, and follow up promptly to promote retention and loyalty
✔️Complete other related duties as needed
