JOB REQUIREMENTS:
☑️Filipino national fluent in French
☑️Open to Graduates and Undergraduates of any field
☑️With customer service experience is a plus
☑️Preferably residing in Cebu or nearby areas
☑️Open to candidates willing to relocate in Cebu City
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
☑️Handle phone interactions and deliver excellent service to French-speaking customers
☑️Support tracking and sharing order information for distribution
☑️Respond to and resolve customer complaints
☑️Guide clients on repair and service inquiries
☑️Address payment-related issues
