Position: Japanese Account Representative (B2B)
Company Industry: Japanese Telecom Firm
Work Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 100,000 - P 110,000 + competitive incentives
Work Schedule: Dayshift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Working Days: Days Off on Weekends (5 days a week work)
Work Setup: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to JLPT N1 Passers/Level
Must be a native Japanese or bilingual with near-native proficiency
Functional English speaker with good conversational skills
Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or in Japan
Open to Half Japanese-Half Filipino and Filipino who can use Japanese fluently or N1 Level
Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales, client-facing roles, or equivalent fields preferred
Must have a Sales background from any field
Open to Bachelor’s Degree in any course or undergraduates
Effectively communicates and collaborates with Japanese business counterparts
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serving as the primary point of contact for Japanese new clients to align expectations with service capabilities.
Handles incoming inquiries from Japanese business owners through email and phone, providing efficient client servicing.
Build and maintain relationships with Japanese-owned businesses to secure new internet service contracts.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Japanese corporate sector and build long-term trust for contract acquisitions.
Explain networking service advantages to potential customers through interactive demos and presentations.
Driving business growth by connecting customer demand with strategic solutions.
Monitoring market trends, analyzing customer needs, and reporting sales performance to management.
