Qualifications
Graduate of any Engineering-related course (Mechanical, Industrial, Electronics, Electrical, etc.).
With experience in manufacturing or production operations.
Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety practices.
Good analytical, supervisory, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in supervising production operators and daily production activities.
Ensure production efficiency, schedule adherence, and quality compliance.
Monitor KPIs, production costs, and help implement cost-saving measures.
Support problem-solving, process improvement, and 5S initiatives.
Ensure SOP compliance and participate in safety inspections and risk assessments.
Investigate rejects and claims, and support design or process modifications.
