Position: Retail Sales Manager (One Day Hiring Process)

Location: Quezon City
Salary Offer: Php20,000-Php25,000
Work Schedule: Monday ~ Friday, 8:30 AM - 7:10 PM
Work Set Up: Work Onsite
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree holder
At least 2 years of experience as in leadership role
Experience working in the same industry is an advantage
Willing to work on site
Willing to attend face to face interview.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and execute successful business plans and sales strategies in both B2B and B2C markets.
Oversee and manage connections with clients, distributors, and retailers.
Conduct market research, examine sales data and trends, and produce precise sales predictions.
Create and preserve solid, enduring relationships with your partners and customers.
Plan and carry out marketing campaigns, product launches, and industry events in conjunction with marketing teams.
Oversee the sales budget, keep an eye on spending, and create thorough reports and presentations for upper management.
