Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any related filed
At least 1 year of experience in community operations or user operations.
Familiar with community tools and engagement strategies
Amendable to work onsite
Amendable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Regularly monitor community data.
Evaluate operational effectiveness, and provide optimization recommendations.
Expand the user base and drive user engagement and loyalty.
Implement differentiated positioning and content distribution across various channels/platforms/community accounts to achieve refined user segmentation and operations.
Improve user conversion rates.
