JOB REQUIREMENTS:
️ Filipino National who can speak and write Spanish and English.
️ At least a Vocational Diploma, Short Course Certificate Undergraduate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
️ With 6 months of experience as a Spanish Customer Service Representative.
️ Customer Service and Technical Support experience is an advantage.
️ Willing to work on-site in BGC, Taguig.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
️ Provide customer support to Spanish speaking customers primarily via calls, with email and chat as needed, ensuring timely and accurate resolution in line with company and client SOPs
️ Conduct research to resolve issues, educate customers, and recommend suitable products or services using Spanish and English language.
️ Navigate multiple systems efficiently while maintaining knowledge of financial/banking services and complying with company, legal, and regulatory requirements.
️ Meet program KPIs and SLAs to ensure client satisfaction
️ Adhere to established processes, policies, and procedures, and perform additional tasks as required.
