Position: Thai Bilingual Call Center Agent

Location: BGC, Taguig
Salary: Php 90,000 Monthly
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends off
Work Setup: Hybrid setup (2 days RTO only, 3 days WFH)

Requirements:
Filipino who can speak, read and write Thai language
Thai National conversational in English language
Open to Thai nationals who are currently based outside the Philippines and are willing to relocate.
Open to both associate and Bachelor’s degree holders.
At least one (1) year of combined experience in sales and/or customer service is required.
Willing to report in the office 2x a week.
Responsibility of the job:
Conduct outbound calls and handle incoming inquiries to deliver effective solutions
Collaborate with the team to reach sales targets and achieve performance objectives
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing their needs
Review customer data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
Assist with campaigns, introduce new products, and grow accounts with partners
Exchange best practices and promote a supportive, collaborative team culture
