Job Description:
-Oversee day-to-day operations of the car wash.
-Recruit, manage, and train staff.
-Create and enforce policies and procedures.
-Process all transactions and reconcile all sales.
-Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
-Maintain appropriate inventory and supplies.
-Ensure all safety and security protocols are adhered to.
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
-Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
-Monitor budget and expenses.
Job Requirements:
Languages: English .
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
