JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
3–5 years’ experience in Business Development in a logistics company.
At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Knowledgeable in logistics operations and trucking processes.
Up to date knowledge about the law and regulations about trucking and logistics,
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet sales targets and grow company revenue.
Find and develop new clients within the transport and logistics industry.
Handle the full sales process—from prospecting to closing deals.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
Resolve client concerns and operational issues quickly.
Ensure compliance with logistics and trucking regulations.
