COMPANY PROFILE: A leading and rapidly expanding game development software company. This entertainment provider specializes in creating software for electronic gaming and sports betting. They are currently seeking Mandarin-speaking professionals to join their well-established team.
Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant
Company Industry: Entertainment Inland Gaming Operator
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday-Friday at 9 am-6 pm)
Salary: Php 60,000-Php 80,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Open to Bachelor’s graduates and undergraduates in any course are welcome to apply.
Having executive assistant experience is a big plus.
Having administrative experience is a big advantage.
Having experience in handling confidential information and professional correspondence.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Mandarin Executive Assistant is the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners of the company, communicating fluently in Mandarin and English.
Mandarin Executive Assistant is responsible for managing executives’ calendars and setting up meetings.
Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Organize and maintain the office filing system.
Prepare and maintain various business documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
