JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
At least 2 years related experience in supervisory or managerial role
Professional certifications (CPP & CSCP certifications) is an advantage
Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
Willing to work on site
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Source, assess, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing, quality, and delivery conditions.
Oversee the Purchase Order (PO) process, ensuring accuracy and timely issuance to meet operational or production requirements.
Coach, support, and evaluate purchasing staff to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Analyze market trends to enhance procurement strategies, minimize costs, and strengthen supply chain performance.
Ensure all purchasing activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
