A top London-based global professional services firm, known for building trust and innovation, is hiring a Japanese-speaking SAP Developer. This role involves managing the end-to-end development lifecycle of SAP systems, providing crucial support to Japanese business partners, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Position: Japanese FICO Developer (Finance & Controlling)
Company Industry: Accounting Firm
Work Location: Taguig City or Cebu City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Work Set-up: Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite (RTO)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Japanese minimum of JLPT N3 Passer/Level
Open to Japanese nationals located in the Philippines or in Japan
Must have at least 3 years of experience with SAP FICO Developer
Bachelor Graduate
Strong SAP FICO configuration and design skills are required
Demonstrated experience in SAP package solution implementation tools and methodologies
Experience with an end-to-end implementation, rollout, support, upgrade, and enhancements in S/4 HANA Finance – Central Finance is good to have
With excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and highly focused
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing Financial system using SAP FICO
Develop and maintain financial reports using SAP tools to provide insights into financial performance and costs
Responsible for Design, customization, configuration, and testing of FI/CO modules.
Support and facilitate the implementation of SAP Financials in areas such as FICO management – cost center accounting, profit center accounting, product costing, project systems, results analysis, outstanding costs, and month-end closing
Documentation of functional design, test cases, and results.
Design, customization, configuration, and testing of FI/CO modules.
Work with clients to understand their financial business processes and translate them into functional specifications for SAP S/4HANA
