Position: Japanese Lead Developer (Java)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Filipino who speak Japanese
Can speak, read and write Japanese Language fluently
Open to N1, N2, and N3 Passers or Non-Passers
Ability to use English at work and translation
At least 2 years experience as a Team Lead
Must more than 8 years experience as a Java Developer
Fluent in soft skills like communicating with Japanese and Filipino
Open to degree holders and undergraduate
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Java-based modules, ensuring all solutions align with architectural guidelines and industry best practices
Drive high-standard code quality through rigorous code reviews, performance optimization, and the enforcement of secure development standards
Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks, assisting Project Managers with effort estimation, scheduling, and risk mitigation
Act as a key technical liaison for Japanese stakeholders, providing technical clarifications, progress reports, and support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Facilitate seamless communication and delivery alignment between onsite, offshore, and cross-functional teams (BAs, QAs, and Architects)
Ensure robust software releases by overseeing unit testing, conducting root-cause analysis for defects, and maintaining precise technical documentation
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching junior developers, identifying skill gaps, and assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new talent
