Position: Japanese Maximo Developer
Company Industry: IT/BPO Company
Work Location: Quezon City or Cebu City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 200,000 above (Open for Negotiation)
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule
Work Set-up: Work Onsite or Hybrid-Set-up (this can be changed depending on the business)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Open to Japanese National located in the Philippines or located in Japan (Can speak basic English)
Must be able to speak basic English
Must have a technical language and knowledge of Maximo Development, Maximo Implementation & Support (Functional), Maximo Administration, Maximo Anywhere (Mobile), Maximo Integration Framework
The Main requirement is doing software development on the required language skills (Maximo)
With working experience in the required IT skills for at least 1 year and above
Willingness to work in both main sites which are in Manila or Cebu
The applicant can still choose which is closer to their residence
Applicants located in Japan can apply
Salary is Negotiable
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for technical Solution Design, Development, Testing and Support of Maximo with Utility or other Maximo Addons or Industry solution Implementation and Support Experience
Create and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and workflow diagrams
Develop and customize Maximo applications to meet business needs
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Maximo applications
Train and support end-users in utilizing Maximo effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement enhancements
