Position: E-Commerce Marketing Specialist

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree holder
With at least 2-3 years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms
With leadership experience is an advantage
Amenable to attend face to face interview (One Day Hiring Process)
Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement online sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
Handle and manage e-commerce platforms (e.g., product uploads, updates, and overall platform maintenance)
Optimize website performance, user experience (UX), and navigation to improve conversion rates
Conduct A/B testing to enhance site effectiveness and customer engagement
Manage product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability
Collaborate with marketing teams on SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns to increase traffic
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS) using analytics tools
Coordinate with inventory, fulfillment, and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely delivery
Oversee customer experience, ensuring smooth website functionality and high customer satisfaction
Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance overall user experience
