JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⦿ German national currently residing in the Philippines
⦿ Open to graduates and undergraduates
⦿ With Customer Service experience is a big advantage
⦿ Amendable to attend the one-day onsite process
⦿ Can start as soon as possible
RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦿ Track and Manage renewal pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups to German speaking clients and accurate forecasting.
⦿ Work closely with Account Owners, Support, and AR Teams to address customer issues and ensure seamless renewals.
⦿ Use customer usage insights and feedback to support informed and effective renewal discussions
⦿ Oversee collections and renewal activities
⦿ Encourage longer subscriptions terms and identify upsell opportunities.
