JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⦿ Filipino Nationals who can speak, read and write in German
⦿ Open to foreign nationals with permanent resident in the Philippines
⦿ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
⦿ At least 6 months to 1 year in IT Help Desk experience.
⦿ Knowledge in Microsoft 365 or any Networking fundamentals.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦿ Provide IT assistance to users via phone, email, or chat in German or English vice versa
⦿ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network issues
⦿ Guide users through step-by-step solutions
⦿ Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level support
⦿ Handle user concerns or complaints calmly and efficiently
⦿ Provide guidance on common software issuesLog, track, and update incidents using ticketing systems.
