JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⦿ Filipino nationals who can speak, read, and write in French Language
⦿ Bachelors Degree, Associate, Vocational or undergraduates are open to apply
⦿ No relevant experience needed
⦿ Customer Service in any industry is a plus
⦿ Willing to work in Cebu City
⦿ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
⦿ Manage phone calls and demonstrate good customer service to French-speaking clients.
⦿ Assist in Tracking and distribution of information on orders.
⦿ Answer and resolve French customer complaints.
⦿ Guide French speaking customers in Repair and Services inquiries.
⦿ Resolve payment complaints.
