JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fluent in both Italian and English (written and verbal)
Open to Bachelor’s degree holders, undergraduates, vocational graduates, or high school graduates
Customer service or support experience is an advantage
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Basic computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Willing to work onsite in Cebu
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Translate materials between English and Italian (emails, tickets, designs, etc.)
Provide interpreting services in meetings with clients and vendors
Coach bilingual team members to enhance language skills
Learn and use business, technical, and tool-specific terminology
Utilize and improve translation tools; support cross-training in technical or project tasks
Communicate effectively in Italian and English at the service desk
Perform other related tasks as needed
