COMPANY PROFILE: A leading and rapidly expanding game development software company. This entertainment provider specializes in creating software for electronic gaming and sports betting. They are currently seeking Mandarin-speaking professionals to join their well-established team.

Position: Mandarin HR Coordinator
Company Industry: Entertainment Inland Gaming Operator
Work Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday-Friday at 9 am-6 pm)
Salary: Php 75,000-Php 85,000
Work Set Up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Having good years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employee onboarding
Having experience in supporting expatriate or relocation processes is an advantage
Knowledgeable in MS Office and HRIS systems

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB APPLICATION:
Mandarin HR Coordinator is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing job offers.
Mandarin HR Coordinator will present the job offers to selected candidates and handle all acceptance documentation.
Distribute pre-employment forms and onboarding materials to new hires.
Maintain accurate employee records and keep the HR database up to date.
Ensure a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for all new employees.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout their transition.
