Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 110,000above
Shift: Monday to Friday (8AM to 5PM)
Work set-up: Work onsite during probationary - Work Hybrid after regularization (2-3x
in the office)

Main Requirements:
Filipino or Dual Citizen or Japanese with permanent Visa
Fluent in both Japanese and English (Oral and Written)
Open to JLPT N1-N2 Passer or Level
Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any | College Level can also apply
Excellent communication skill
With experience as an Executive Assistant is a big advantage
Responsibilities:
Arrange Meetings and coordinate with the people needed by the Manager
Maintaining calendars of Japanese Executives based in Japan
Planning and scheduling meetings and conferences
Scheduling the Travel of the Top Managers such as booking flights and hotels
Drafting letters and emails for the Japanese executive
Manage the Manager’s Expenses, Calls, Calendars, documents and more
