JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration or any related field.
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in business development or importation.
Licensed Broker or Master’s degree is an advantage.
Up to date knowledge about import regulations, tariffs, customs procedures, and logistics operations.
Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Find new clients and grow business in importation and logistics.
Build strong relationships and keep clients satisfied.
Manage shipments, suppliers, and delivery processes.
Ensure all operations follow customs rules and regulations.
Oversee daily logistics and freight forwarding activities.
Work with the team to handle new and ongoing projects.
Solve issues with clients, suppliers, and operations.
Negotiate with suppliers for better prices and terms.
Make sure all activities follow legal and safety standards.
