Position: Japanese Email Support
Company Industry: Japanese Telco and IT Company
Work Location: Clark, Pampanga (we can help find apartment)
Salary: P 60,000 to P 90,000 - very fluent in Japanese
Salary: Php 25,000 - 50,000 - Fluent in Japanese
Work Schedule: Shifting (3 days onsite + 4 days off /week)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite in Pampanga
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Filipino fluent in Japanese 95% and only 5% English
Can speak, read and write Japanese (High fluency in Japanese)
Basic English is okay
Must know how to read emails and answer via chat and email (in Japanese)
High school graduate/undergraduate of any course
No JLPT level required as long as fluent in Japanese
No work experience required, but must be fluent and comfortable in Japanese
Can write Japanese Language (very polite)
Has a positive attitude, a sense of teamwork and knows Japanese culture
With CSR/ TSR / Helpdesk work experience is a big advantage
Preferably with experience/knowledgeable in computer
Knows how to send an email and make an email in Japanese
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer emails sent by Japanese users or in-house customers
Understand the Japanese client's concern and answer based on the manual
Handle all Japanese emails and Chat
Provide basic troubleshooting
Guide Japanese customers for tech concerns
A manual will be used while working, so no experience is required
Translate documents or manuals from Japanese to English vice versa
Supports the customers in their technical concerns
